In order to accurately track data related to the population we assist, Bethel Assistance Ministry will create a data-driven follow up committee and process

- Attend a Bethel Assistance Ministry information meeting
- Tour local resources that assist the poor and needy:
- + Union Gospel Mission
- + Second Harvest Food Bank
- + Public Housing Authority
- + Community Action Council
- Study local economic data related to poverty in our area: city-data.com)
Pray:
- Pray for God to move in the hearts of those He wants as volunteers in this ministry
- Pray for those in need of help in the Tri-Cities
- Pray for Bethel attenders to be generous in their financial contributions to our Assistance Ministry
- Pray for churches in the area to open their wallets and hearts to help those in need
- Pray for a greater awareness and response from Christians to the plight of the poor and needy both locally and globally
Do:
- Become a volunteer on the Follow-Up Team
- + Assist with phone calls
- + Collect and analyze data related to services offered to clients
- + Collect and analyze data related to client progress, both financially and spiritually
- + Help connect clients/families in need to a Bethel Grow Group
- Collaborate with local agencies who are already tracking needs-based data
