Applications for benevolence are accepted most Tuesdays at Bethel Church between the hours of 10:00am-11:30am. Call 628-1247 and listen carefully to the recorded message to know when applications are being accepted.
We do not offer immediate help. We do not pay deposits. Our process takes several weeks. You must fill out an application in person in English (interpreters are not provided), and then return for an evening interview. The following documents are required:
-Photo ID for all adults living in the home
-Income documents showing dollar amounts (examples: Child support, SSI, SSDI, food stamps, TANF, GAU, GAX, employment pay stubs)
-Housing Contract or Rental Agreement with Landlord’s address and phone
-Any late rent or eviction notice
-Utility, phone, cable, and internet bills
