May 17 & 18, starts Friday night at 7p at the Activity Center and will end Saturday afternoon about 1p. Bring a sleeping bag and pillow! Cost is $10 and a participation agreement. If you went on the winter retreat you already have one on file. The $10 will go towards water purification systems for Haiti. Here is what we will be doing…
On Friday night we’ll be playing lots of games and there’s a scavenger hunt and live music. And we’re walking to Sharehouse (bring some extra cash for a coffee or treat) to see Micah Bournes (the really cool spoken word guy) which will be super cool to see.
A carwash Saturday morning and all of that money goes to the water purifications systems as well.
Basically its going to be lots of fun and you know what you’re paying for is going to the right place. So, you should join in!

iNTERSECT am and pm are on this Sunday, with a game in between. iNTERSECT am is at 11a-12:30pm, then the game starts at 3:30pm and iNTERSECT pm starts after the game and will wrap up at 8pm as usual. If you are coming for the game bring a snack to share!

WINTER RETREAT IS COMING! We are really looking forward to this upcoming retreat. Much prayer, and thought has already gone into the planning and the preparation of this retreat. Everything is in full motion…all we need is YOU! It is going to be great to step away from our regular schedule, be together, and be challenged to be CHANGED and ready to CHANGE our world when we get back. The dates are January 11-13 this year…a true winter retreat! We will be at Silver Lake Camp up by Medical Lake this year. How much? $110, down $10 from last year. The price covers the cost of:
transportation, lodging, food, speaker, sweatshirt, and programmed activities.
The cost, however, cannot cover those things that are free, but priceless…connecting with Jesus, connecting with friends, memories, life changing decisions.
Information and forms are coming in the mail this week. If you don’t get them, email Michelle right NOW! Get your forms in as soon as you can. You don’t want to miss out on this one!

Don’t forget Sunday morning there is ONE SERVICE at 9a outside! Then there will be the Tailgate Party! Be sure to stop by the High School tailgate, we will have rootbeer floats. If you signed up for a shift be sure to check with Seth or Michelle!

Yes, we know it’s Labor Day weekend, iNTERSECT will be meeting on Sunday, Sep 2 regular time 6:30-8p! Hope to see you there!
Don’t forget the All Church Tailgate Party coming up on Sep 9! There will be one church service that morning at 9a, on the church lawn. iNTERSECT will be serving root beer floats at the tailgate.

iNTERSECT has the opportunity to wrap up the justice conference Sunday night, May 13. We will be hosting Micah Bournes in the Fellowship Hall, 6:30-8p. All are invited to be a part of the conclusion of the Justice Conference and to be challenged by Micah. You don’t have a mothers day gift yet…bring her to iNTERSECT.
